Developing a growth mindset
Having a growth mindset means having a belief that every skill and ability needed to compete or complete can be nurtured in oneself by a constant devotion and a firm determination on “kam kam kam”. Growth mindset is something outside the box of fear, ego threat and all kind of this stuff that unintentionally becomes a barrier towards the road of success. But the things got knotted when it comes towards how to develop a growth mindset even after channelizing your goals and visions here it can be seen how to develop the qualities which will be helping all of us to be a Growth oriented person.
This is the most convenient and effective way to keenly analyze the way you want to walk on. Talking with yourself works very well in terms of truity, honesty, and a keen observation of what you are stating because you are the one who knows yourself better then any human being. So why not be positive, like it becomes a honey on gold because the principle of progress states the major thing can wholly change you is “inside out approach” and when all the junk is vanished in oneself and only positivity is being produced inside then one can find it outside as well even in a totally negative room.
Get out of your comfort zone:
“I have a very unique idea to present the even but I have to sacrifice a lot of time and much of effort because I’m the only one having the true insights of the idea, But what if I win the best Presentation award as I really have the tremendous idea and I can be on the top. No, just let it go I don’t wanna work in the cold days and I’m not gonna stay awake in foggy nights I’m just leaving it.”
Here, the person might have some real and highly splendid work to do and might be standing on the top if he continues to work on it. But it’s of no worth unless he sacrifice his leisure, give up his sleep and invest his time. You have to put yourself in a difficulty to reach out to the top. The person Climbing a mountain is not having any escalator in his feet OR he is not the one who doesn’t feel any pain, But he just doesn’t care about it as he cares about reaching the top.
Create new habits:
Let’s suppose your work needs an eager observation but you lack the understanding of reading keenly. What can help you is developing a habit of book reading, here this step relates that one’s you get out of your comfort place you’re not gonna survive with the only habits you have surely you’re going to be working with challenges as you always have been in your desired place and had worked with what you already have in you. But this time you’re out of the rest zone and the circumstances require a different “you”.
Ask people for help:
To be someone seeking help has become a stigma in society as we all take it like we’re begging for help or attention. But the thing is when you’re in a learning zone you definitely require to observe but most of the time even a keen observation fails as we are not able to understand it by ourselves. Where it becomes effective when you ask people about how they survived when they were at your place and you can gel a lot from asking for help.
Fake it till you make it:
portray yourself as a person you want to see yourself like just keep on motivating yourself that maybe not today but definitely one day I’ll be better than this one. Being the one you wanted to be is not an overnight process you have to face the unwanted situations and you may get distracted but the model and your devotion will keep you straight and firm just don’t stop to call you a CSS officer unless/until you pass the competitive exam. The world will see you through the window you provide them to see.
